Ø The parents are Dr.Rajkumar father and Parvathamma Rajakumar mother.

Ø Started working as a actor in 1976 with his father till 1989 and he started acting as lead hero from 2002 to 2022.                                                                                        

Ø When started doing lead role in movies, in his first movie only he got an two fans given names as APPU and POWER STAR.                                                                                      

Ø Puneeth Rajkumar is married in 1999 to Ashwini Revanth. After marriage they both have an 2 childers and both are girls only.                                                

Ø Puneeth Rajkumar is died at 29 october 2021 at the age of 46  in Bengaluru, Karnataka,india.

Puneth Rajkumar was an Indian actor known for his work in kannda films. In a six month old child only he made a cameo in Premada Kanike and Sanaadi Apanna films. Films like Thayige Thakka Maga,Vasantha Geetha followed up which also showcased his singing skills. For the film Bettada Hoovu he was awarded best child artist. Being ambassador for BMTC he had conducted many campaigns including the bus priority lane and also a campaign against hasassment of women in Karnataka and india.

2.     Puneeth Rajkumar is also a brand ambassador for Karnataka milk federation(KMF) and for this also he is not charged any amount. In the 10 years, Puneeth Rajkumar is advertised KMF products free of cast for formers only.

3.     Over decades he helps those in need. According to reports he sponsors the fees of thousands of students and also supports financially to many kannada-medium schools in Karnataka state.

4.     As the brand ambassador for the Sarva shiksha abhiyan, he often appeals tp parents to send their Childers to school.

5.     In COVID-19 pandemic, Puneeth Rajkumar was often seen financially contributed to help those in need.in 2020 Puneeth Rajkumar is actively involved to create awareness covid-19 and safety. Puneeth Rajkumar also donated Rs 50 lakh to chief minister’s relief fund.

6.     Puneeth Rajkumar was involved in helping people with his mother at the Shakti dhama ashrama in mysore.

1.     He was awarded Karnataka ratna after his death on nov 1,2022.

2.     He was honorary doctorate from university of mysore on 22 march 2022.

3.     He was awarded with the lifetime achievement award at the 67^th filmfare awards

4.     The Karnataka government announced to mark his birthday as inspiration day.
